Hello, my name is Natalie and I am a certified health coach. I am also a wife and mother of two. I find great joy in spending time with my family and friends, whether it's taking a refreshing swim in the ocean or going for a walk or hike. Cooking is a true passion of mine, and I take pleasure in preparing delicous meals ans sharing my love and knowledge for food with others.

I offer personalized coaching sessions either in person or via Zoom for international clients. My areas of expertise include creating nutrious meal plans, enhancing sleep quality, coping with stress, resolving digestive concerns, skin issues and restoring hormone balance.
