This 90 minute health talks provides awareness and education on nutrition and health. Focusing on how simple small changes can have a huge impact on your day-to-day life.

COOKING WORKSHOPS

I provide local community cooking workshops. My focus is to show communities how to cook easy, nutritious and delicious meals whilst on a budget. Learn how to reduce food waste, reading labels, meal planning, cooking from scratch, and utilizing budget-friendly ingredients like pulses, frozen fruit & vegetables, grains, spices and herbs. My goals is to empower individuals to adopt healthier eating habits through practical knowledge and motivation. The duration of these cooking workshops are 2 hours and can be booked in a block or individual.

Introducing a personalized 1:1 health coaching package, tailored just for you. This comprehensive offering includes a detailed analysis of your food diary, a thorough consultation, a Wheel of Life assessment, a customized health plan, and one follow-up coaching session.
